Canned Whole Peeled Plum Tomatoes

Dried Mixed Herbs

Tomato Paste

Author's Notes

If you like really spicy salsa, substitute the green pepper for green chillies, and add extra cayenne pepper to taste. Serve this salsa straight away or store in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 3 days

Step 1
Place Canned Whole Peeled Plum Tomatoes (1 1/2 cups) , Cherry Tomatoes (10) , Tomato Paste (3 Tbsp) , Lemon Juice (2 1/2 Tbsp) , White Onion (1/2) , Green Bell Pepper (1/2) , Fresh Parsley (1 handful) , and Garlic (2 cloves) .
Step 2
Follow with Cayenne Pepper (1/4 tsp) , Ground Cumin (1/2 Tbsp) , Paprika (1 tsp) , Dried Mixed Herbs (1/2 tsp) , Sea Salt (1 tsp) , Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp) , and Honey (1/2 Tbsp) in a blender or food processor.
Step 3
Pulse until you are happy with the consistency. Enjoy with chips or crackers.
