Author's Notes

If you like really spicy salsa, substitute the green pepper for green chillies, and add extra cayenne pepper to taste. Serve this salsa straight away or store in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 3 days

Step 1
Place Canned Whole Peeled Plum Tomatoes (400 gram), Cherry Tomato (10), Tomato Paste (3 tablespoon), Lemon Juice (2 1/2 tablespoon), White Onion (1/2), Green Bell Pepper (1/2), Fresh Parsley (1 handful), and Garlic (2 clove).
Step 2
Follow with Cayenne Pepper (1/4 teaspoon), Ground Cumin (1 1/2 teaspoon), Paprika (1 teaspoon), Dried Mixed Herbs (1/2 teaspoon), Sea Salt (1 teaspoon), Ground Black Pepper (1/2 teaspoon), and Honey (2 teaspoon) in a blender or food processor.
Step 3
Pulse until you are happy with the consistency. Enjoy with chips or crackers.
