until very soft, then drain.

Coconut Milk (3/4 cup)
Dry Mixed Spice (1/4 tsp)
Vanilla Essence (1/2 tsp)
in a blender and blend until silky smooth and creamy. Add a dash of water if you feel it is too thick.
Taste and adjust sweetness if desired, then pour into two bowls. Top with sliced fruit, nuts and seeds of your choice. Dust with
