Place your pan on a cooking zone. Press the power icon and trace the rotary slider, setting the power level to 9.
Start by frying the
Garlic (3 cloves)
Fresh Ginger (2 in)
Cooking Oil (1/2 Tbsp)
. Induction heats up your pan almost immediately so you can start cooking right away.
Next, add the
Tyson® Chicken Legs (3.3 lb)
and fry it to a light golden colour on all sides.
Granulated Sugar (2 Tbsp)
Then add a mixture of
Oyster Sauce (1/4 cup)
Light Soy Sauce (3 Tbsp)
Dark Soy Sauce (2 Tbsp)
Cooking Wine (1 Tbsp)
Sesame Oil (1 dash)
and fry for about 1 minute.
and cut into 1-inch cubes and gently stir in.
Water (3 cups)
to cover the vegetables, and bring to a boil.
Cover the pan and reduce the heat to level 6.
Cook for 30 minutes. You can set a timer at the induction hob to stop cooking automatically when the timer reaches zero
Serve in a bowl with some steamed rice.
