Combine the Apples (2), Brown Sugar (2 Tbsp), Ground Cinnamon (as needed), Ground Ginger (as needed), Ground Nutmeg (as needed), Ground Allspice (as needed) and Salt (1 pinch) in a small bowl. Set aside.

Stir together All-Purpose Flour (1 cup), Brown Sugar (4 Tbsp), Granulated Sugar (4 Tbsp), Ground Cinnamon (as needed) and Ground Ginger (as needed). Work in the Butter (1/2 cup) with your hands or fork until it is crumbly and has a sand-like texture. Set aside.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9-inch cake pan.

In a bowl, stir together the All-Purpose Flour (1 cup), Baking Powder (1 tsp), Salt (as needed), and Ground Cinnamon (as needed). In a separate larger bowl, beat the Granulated Sugar (1/2 cup) and Butter (4 Tbsp) together until light and fluffy. Whip in the Eggs (2) and Vanilla Extract (1 tsp).
step 4 In a bowl, stir together the All-Purpose Flour (1 cup), Baking Powder (1 tsp), Salt (as needed), and Ground Cinnamon (as needed). In a separate larger bowl, beat the Granulated Sugar (1/2 cup) and Butter (4 Tbsp) together until light and fluffy. Whip in the Eggs (2) and Vanilla Extract (1 tsp).

Reduce the mixer speed to low and add one tablespoon of Coffee Creamer (1/3 cup) then some of the flour mixture. Repeat, alternating between the creamer and flour mixture until the batter is smooth.

Gently fold in HALF of the reserved spiced apple mixture. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.

Sprinkle HALF of the crumb topping on the bake batter. Layer the remaining spiced apples, then top with the remaining crumb topping.

Bake for approximately 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes clean. Do not overcook.

Cool on a wire rack for 15 minutes. Gently loosen the cake from the pan, and carefully invert and transfer to a serving plate.
