Gator Bait Bites with Swamp Sauce

These aren’t normal chicken nuggets, ok? Just put that thought out of your heads right now. These are full of flavor, tender and moist, and country-fried with a perfect amount of spice! For tailgating parties, I would definitely throw them in the batter the night before and fry them up the morning of the game.

Salt
•
1/2 cup
Vegetable Oil
Swamp Sauce
•
4 Tbsp
Chili Sauce
•
3 Tbsp
Mayonnaise
•
3 Tbsp
Frank's® RedHot® Sauce
•
2 Tbsp
Barbecue Sauce
•
2 Tbsp
Yellow Mustard
•
1 Tbsp
Worcestershire Sauce
•
1/2 tsp
Minced Garlic

1/2 tsp
Paprika

Cooking Instructions

1. 
Combine the Chicken Breasts (3) , Buttermilk (1 cup) , Frank's® RedHot® Sauce (4 Tbsp) and the Sriracha (2 Tbsp) . Stir to coat the chicken well. Cover and refrigerate between 30 minutes to 4 hours. Drain the chicken.
2. 
In a shallow bowl, beat the Eggland's Best Classic Egg (1) and stir in the Milk (1/2 cup) . In a separate shallow bowl or dish, combine the All-Purpose Flour (1 cup) , Cornmeal (3 Tbsp) , Powdered Confectioners Sugar (1 Tbsp) , Salt (1/8 tsp) , Ground Black Pepper (1/8 tsp) and Paprika (1/4 tsp) .

Heat about a fourth of the Vegetable Oil (1/2 cup) in a large skillet over medium to medium high heat.

In batches, dip the chicken into the milk and egg mixture, then into the flour mixture. Cook a few minutes on each side until the chicken "gator bait" pieces are browned and the chicken is cooked through. Continue cooking until all pieces are cooked.
5. 
For the Swamp Sauce combine Chili Sauce (4 Tbsp) , Mayonnaise (3 Tbsp) , Frank's® RedHot® Sauce (3 Tbsp) , Barbecue Sauce (2 Tbsp) , Yellow Mustard (2 Tbsp) , Worcestershire Sauce (1 Tbsp) , Garlic (1/2 tsp) , Paprika (1/2 tsp) and Ground Black Pepper (1/4 tsp) in a small bowl. Whisk to combine well.

Serve gator bait with swamp sauce and enjoy!
