Orange Primavera Pasta in under 30 minutes. A quick and easy pasta dish that is creamy and fruity in flavor.

or Spaghetti, Tagliatelle
or Soy Cream
Grated Parmesan Cheese
or 2 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast 2 Portions
Ground Black Pepper
Start by cutting off the skin of the
, discharge the white part, and cut the peel into strips.
In a skillet, heat up the
Butter (2 Tbsp)
and saute’ the orange peel for a few minutes until it gets slightly crunchy.
In a pot bring water to a boil, add
Salt (1 tsp)
in the boiling water, then add
Linguine (6.5 oz)
, and cook according to package instructions.
Meanwhile, in a bowl whisk together
Heavy Cream (2/3 cup)
Grated Parmesan Cheese (1/2 cup)
Salt (1 tsp)
Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp)
until well combined.
When the pasta is cooked ‘al dente’, drain the water but keep some in the pot. Transfer the pasta to a bigger bowl.
Next, pour the egg mixture into the pasta bowl and mix well.
Fresh Parsley (2 Tbsp)
Then add the orange strips with the melted butter, then mix again until the pasta is well coated.
Garnish with a few more orange strips and serve immediately.
