Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2
In a medium, microwave-safe bowl, add Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (1 cup), Almond Flour (1/2 cup), Cream Cheese (2 tablespoon), Garlic Powder (1 tablespoon), Baking Powder (1 teaspoon), and Salt (1/4 teaspoon). Heat in the Panasonic Microwave Oven on high until cheeses are melted, about 1 minute.
Step 3
Stir in Egg (1).
Step 4
Shape dough into a 1/2-inch thick oval on baking sheet.
Step 5
In a small bowl, mix Butter (1 tablespoon) with Garlic (1 clove), Fresh Parsley (1 tablespoon), and Grated Parmesan Cheese (1 tablespoon). Spoon mixture over top of bread.
Step 6
Bake until golden, 15 to 17 minutes.
Step 7
Slice and serve with Marinara Sauce (to taste) for dipping. Enjoy! Cooking results may vary depending on microwave oven used.
