Alternatively, you can make the hearts of the palm in an oven or on the stove. Bake at 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) for 10 minutes, flipping halfway, or fry in a pan with 2-3 Tbsp of oil until golden brown.

For the vegan taco slaw, in a small bowl, whisk together Apple Cider Vinegar (1 Tbsp), Maple Syrup (1 Tbsp), Celery Salt (1 tsp), Dried Dill Weed (1 tsp), and Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp). Set aside.

In a medium mixing bowl, combine Red Cabbage (2 cups), Carrots (2), and Fresh Cilantro (1 handful). Next, add the dressing. Add more vinegar if necessary. Set slaw aside.
