Alternatively, you can make the hearts of the palm in an oven or on the stove. Bake at 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) for 10 minutes, flipping halfway, or fry in a pan with 2-3 Tbsp of oil until golden brown.

For the vegan taco slaw, in a small bowl, whisk together Apple Cider Vinegar (1 Tbsp) , Maple Syrup (1 Tbsp) , Celery Salt (1 tsp) , Dried Dill Weed (1 tsp) , and Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp) . Set aside.
Step 2
In a medium mixing bowl, combine Red Cabbage (2 cups) , Carrots (2) , and Fresh Cilantro (1 handful) . Next, add the dressing. Add more vinegar if necessary. Set slaw aside.
