Step 1
Dust the surface with
All-Purpose Flour (as needed)
, roll out
Pizza Dough (1)
into a rectangle, use your finger to make some dents on the dough, and brush with
Olive Oil (1 tsp)
.
Step 2
Spread
Pizza Sauce (1/2 cup)
over the top and leave an inch border. Sprinkle
Dried Oregano (1/4 tsp)
on top.
Step 3
Sprinkle
Mozzarella Cheese (3/4 cup)
and
Parmesan Cheese (1/4 cup)
all over the sauce, then top with
Pepperoni Slices (8)
and
Sun-Dried Tomatoes (1/4 cup)
.
Step 4
Roll lengthwise into a cylinder (same way as cinnamon roll), keep it as tight as possible, pinch the top to seal the seam. Then place on the parchment paper-lined tray seam side down and chill in the freezer for 10-15 minutes
Step 5
Once the dough is chilled, remove it from the freezer, slice it into 1 ½-inch thick pieces, then pinch the bottom of each roll to seal the bottom.
Step 6
Brush the air fryer basket with
Olive Oil (1 tsp)
and place rolls in a single layer and leave some space between each of them. It can be done in batches.
Step 7
Air fry at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 5-8 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
Step 8
Remove from the air fryer, and cool down on a cooling rack for a few minutes before serving.
Step 9
Optionally garnish with
Fresh Basil Leaves (to taste)
. Serve with a dipping sauce of your choice.
