Eggplants , sliced

3 2/3 cups

All-Purpose Flour

Brown Sugar

Instant Dry Yeast

1 1/4 cups

Cooking Instructions

Slice the Eggplants (2) into strips.

Slice the Red Bell Peppers (2) .

Slice the Onion (1) .

Slice the Tomatoes (2) .

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

In a bowl add All-Purpose Flour (3 2/3 cups) , Brown Sugar (1 Tbsp) , Instant Dry Yeast (2 tsp) , Oil (1 Tbsp) , and Salt (1 Tbsp) , then add Water (1 1/4 cups) in slowly and knead with your hands.

When the dough is fully combined and elastic, set it in a tray and bake it in the preheated oven for 2-3 min.

First place the tomato, then onion, aubergine, peppers, Black Olives (to taste) and the olive oil, then bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven.

Once it's baked, add the Anchovies (to taste) . Serve and enjoy!
