Place the Cucumber (1/4 cup) into a fine-mesh sieve to strain out excess moisture.

Meanwhile, in a medium mixing bowl whisk together, Vegan Plain Yogurt (1 cup), McCormick® Garlic Powder (1 tsp), Dried Dill Weed (1/2 Tbsp), 1 tsp of Lemon (1), and Olive Oil (1 Tbsp). Add drained cucumber and mix thoroughly.
