Step 1
Begin by creating a slurry by mixing
Corn Starch (1 Tbsp)
into
Water (2 Tbsp)

Step 2
Add the
Tyson® Chicken Breasts (1 lb)
to a bowl or large plastic bag with
Coconut Aminos (1/3 cup)
,
Garlic (2 cloves)
,
Fresh Ginger (1/2 Tbsp)
,
Apple Cider Vinegar (1 Tbsp)
,
Sesame Oil (1 tsp)
,
Honey (2 Tbsp)
, and the slurry. Place in the fridge for at least one hour to marinate.
Step 3
While the chicken is marinating, soak wooden skewers for at least 20 minutes, if using.
Step 4
Preheat the grill to medium heat. Thread the chicken,
Red Bell Pepper (1)
,
Red Onion (1)
, and
Zucchini (1)
onto the skewers. Place skewers onto the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, until cooked through.
Step 5
Serve garnished with
Sesame Seeds (to taste)
and
Scallions (to taste)
, if desired.
