If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days. Reheat in the microwave for 1-2 minutes.

Begin by creating a slurry by mixing Corn Starch (1 Tbsp) into Water (2 Tbsp).

Add the Chicken Breast (1 lb) to a bowl or large plastic bag with Coconut Aminos (1/3 cup), Garlic (2 cloves), Fresh Ginger (2 tsp), Apple Cider Vinegar (1 Tbsp), Sesame Oil (1 tsp), Honey (2 Tbsp), and the slurry. Place in the fridge for at least one hour to marinate.

Preheat the grill to medium heat. Thread the chicken, Red Bell Pepper (1), Red Onion (1), and Zucchini (1) onto the skewers. Place skewers onto the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, until cooked through.
