In a medium mixing bowl, add Soy Sauce (1/2 cup), Brown Sugar (3 Tbsp), Mirin (1/4 cup), Garlic (1/4 cup), Fresh Ginger (1 tsp), Sesame Oil (1 Tbsp), Ground Black Pepper (1 tsp), and Dried Chili Peppers (2). Mix all the ingredients until well combined, and set aside.
