Preheat the grill to medium or around 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Soak the skewers for 20 minutes in water before grilling.
In a large bowl, mix
Salsa (1 3/4 cups)
Taco Seasoning (1 packet)
Soy Sauce (1/4 cup)
Olive Oil (1/4 cup)
until thoroughly incorporated.
Add in the
Tyson® Chicken Breasts (2 lb)
Assorted Color Bell Peppers (2)
, and mix until the chicken is completely coated with the marinade.
Once the chicken and veggies have been coated in the marinade, shake off the excess liquid and place the chicken and vegetables on skewers.
Place the skewers on the grill. Grill until the chicken is fully cooked, turning only as needed.
Serve the chicken kabobs immediately.
