The southwestern chicken kabobs can be cooked on a sheet tray in the oven as well.

Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the grill to medium or around 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
Soak the skewers for 20 minutes in water before grilling.
Step 3
In a large bowl, mix Salsa (1 3/4 cups) , Taco Seasoning (1 packet) , Soy Sauce (1/4 cup) , and Olive Oil (1/4 cup) until thoroughly incorporated.
Step 4
Add in the Tyson® Chicken Breasts (2 lb) and Assorted Color Bell Peppers (2) , Onions (2) , and Zucchini (2) , and mix until the chicken is completely coated with the marinade.
Step 5
Once the chicken and veggies have been coated in the marinade, shake off the excess liquid and place the chicken and vegetables on skewers.
Step 6
Place the skewers on the grill. Grill until the chicken is fully cooked, turning only as needed.
Step 7
Serve the chicken kabobs immediately.
