Butterfly or slice in half the Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast (2). Season with Salt and Pepper (to taste).
Cook chicken on a charcoal grill for 4-5 minutes on each side, then remove from the heat. The chicken will finish cooking later.
Into a cast iron skillet over the grill, add Unsalted Butter (2 tablespoon) and Onion (1). Saute for 1 minute.
Add Fresh Baby Spinach (2 cup). Cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add Garlic (1 tablespoon), Button Mushroom (3), Tomato (1), Fresh Basil Leaf (6), and Marinara Sauce (2 cup). Stir to combine.
Add Scallion (2 stalk) and stir to combine. Close grill and let everything cook for 1 minute.
Return chicken to the pan. Mix to incorporate. Cook for 5 minutes.
Combine the chicken mixture and the Linguine (8 ounce).
Season with Dried Parsley (1 tablespoon) and Ground Black Pepper (1 teaspoon). Stir to combine.
