Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Butterfly or slice in half the Tyson® Chicken Breasts (2) . Season with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) .
Step 2
Cook chicken on a charcoal grill for 4-5 minutes on each side, then remove from the heat. The chicken will finish cooking later.
Step 3
Slice chicken.
Step 4
Into a cast iron skillet over the grill, add Unsalted Butter (2 Tbsp) and Onion (1) . Saute for 1 minute.
Step 5
Add Fresh Baby Spinach (2 cups) . Cook for 1-2 minutes.
Step 6
Add Garlic (1 Tbsp) , Button Mushrooms (3) , Tomato (1) , Fresh Basil Leaves (6) , and Marinara Sauce (2 cups) . Stir to combine.
Step 7
Add Scallions (2 stalks) and stir to combine. Close grill and let everything cook for 1 minute.
Step 8
Return chicken to the pan. Mix to incorporate. Cook for 5 minutes.
Step 9
Combine the chicken mixture and the Linguine (8 oz) .
Step 10
Season with Dried Parsley (1 Tbsp) and Ground Black Pepper (1 tsp) . Stir to combine.
Step 11
Serve and enjoy!
