Step 1
Butterfly or slice in half the
Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts (2)

Cook chicken on a charcoal grill for 4-5 minutes on each side, then remove from the heat. The chicken will finish cooking later.

Into a cast iron skillet over the grill, add

. Stir to combine.

Add
Scallions (2 stalks)
and stir to combine. Close grill and let everything cook for 1 minute.
Step 8
Return chicken to the pan. Mix to incorporate. Cook for 5 minutes.
Step 9
Combine the chicken mixture and the
Linguine (8 oz)
.
Step 10
Season with
Dried Parsley (1 Tbsp)
and
Ground Black Pepper (1 tsp)
. Stir to combine.
