In a bowl add Ground Pork (1 pound), Carrot (1 cup), Scallion (2 tablespoon), Fresh Cilantro (2 tablespoon), Corn Starch (1 tablespoon), white part of Egg (1), Toasted Sesame Oil (1 tablespoon), Chili Oil (1 teaspoon), Granulated Garlic (1 pinch), Ground Ginger (1 pinch), and a bit of Soy Sauce (to taste).
Mix well until there are no lumps.
Lightly brush a Wonton Wrappers (to taste) with water, add about 1 teaspoon of stuffing, close the dumpling, and squeeze the edges tightly together.
Simmer the dumpling in salted water for about 2 to 3 minutes until done. This should be about 30 seconds after they float to the top.
Serve with black vinegar for dipping or in your favorite soup broth!
