Step 1
In a bowl add Ground Pork (1 lb) , Carrots (1 cup) , Scallions (2 Tbsp) , Fresh Cilantro (2 Tbsp) , Corn Starch (1 Tbsp) , white part of Egg (1) , Toasted Sesame Oil (1 Tbsp) , Chili Oil (1 tsp) , Granulated Garlic (1 pinch) , Ground Ginger (1 pinch) , and a bit of Soy Sauce (to taste) .
Step 2
Mix well until there are no lumps.
Step 3
Lightly brush a Wonton Wrappers (to taste) with water, add about 1 teaspoon of stuffing, close the dumpling, and squeeze the edges tightly together.
Step 4
Simmer the dumpling in salted water for about 2 to 3 minutes until done. This should be about 30 seconds after they float to the top.
Step 5
Serve with black vinegar for dipping or in your favorite soup broth!
