In a bowl add Ground Pork (1 lb), Carrot (1 cup), Scallions (2 Tbsp), Fresh Cilantro (2 Tbsp), Corn Starch (1 Tbsp), white part of Egg (1), Toasted Sesame Oil (1 Tbsp), Chili Oil (1 tsp), Granulated Garlic (1 pinch), Ground Ginger (1 pinch), and a bit of Soy Sauce (to taste).

Lightly brush a Wonton Wrappers (to taste) with water, add about 1 teaspoon of stuffing, close the dumpling, and squeeze the edges tightly together.
