Into a pan, add
Ground Turkey (1.5 lb)
. Cook until browned.
Drain some of the fat, then return to stove over high heat. Add
Green Bell Pepper (1)
Red Bell Pepper (1)
. Cook for 1 minute.
Water (3/4 cup)
Taco Seasoning (1 pckg)
Corn Starch (1 Tbsp)
. Mix well. Cover and cook over medium-low heat for 20 minutes.
Remove meat mixture to a bowl. Add
Shredded Cheddar Cheese (1/2 cup)
. Stir well, until the heat melts the cheese.
Scoop meat and cheese mixture into pre-baked
Puff Pastry (to taste)
. Serve and enjoy!
