Into a pan, add Ground Turkey (1.5 pound). Cook until browned.
Drain some of the fat, then return to stove over high heat. Add Green Bell Pepper (1), Red Bell Pepper (1), and Onion (1). Cook for 1 minute.
Add Water (3/4 cup), Taco Seasoning (1 package), and Corn Starch (1 tablespoon). Mix well. Cover and cook over medium-low heat for 20 minutes.
Remove meat mixture to a bowl. Add Shredded Cheddar Cheese (1/2 cup). Stir well, until the heat melts the cheese.
Scoop meat and cheese mixture into pre-baked Puff Pastry (to taste). Serve and enjoy!
