Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (176 degrees C).

Into an ovenproof pot or skillet, add Butter (4 Tbsp). When melted, add strips of Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts (2), Onion (1), Basmati Rice (1/2 cup), White Rice (1/2 cup), Dried Basil (1 tsp), Dried Oregano (1/2 tsp), Seasoned Salt (1 tsp), Curry Powder (1/2 tsp), Tomato Paste (1 Tbsp), Garlic (1 Tbsp), Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste). Stir to combine.
3.
Add Water (2 cups) and Frozen Peas and Carrots (1/2 cup). Bring to a boil and cover.
4.
Transfer pot to the oven. Bake for 25 minutes.
5.
Serve warm straight out of the skillet!
