Step 1
Into a pressure cooker on the Saute setting at 390 degrees F (200 degrees C), add
Sesame Oil (1 Tbsp)

Step 2
Once warm, add
White Onion (1)

Garlic (2 Tbsp)

Beef Chuck (1.5 lb)
,
Sweet Chili Sauce (1/3 cup)
,
Fish Sauce (1/2 Tbsp)
,
Rice Vinegar (2 Tbsp)
,
Brown Sugar (1/3 cup)
,
Beef Stock (1 1/4 cups)
, and
Soy Sauce (1/4 cup)
. Stir to combine.
Step 3
Cover and cook on the Meat/Stew function for 15 minutes.
Step 4
Return to Saute setting at 390 degrees F (200 degrees C). Bring mixture to a boil, then add
Red Bell Pepper (1)
.
Step 5
In a small bowl, stir together
Corn Starch (1/4 cup)
and
Water (1/3 cup)
. Add it to the pressure cooker half at a time, stirring to combine.
Step 6
Add
Broccoli Florets (2 1/2 cups)
. Stir to combine. Cover and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Step 7
Plate, then serve.
