Place your Green Bell Pepper (1), Red Bell Pepper (1) and Onion (1) into a 2.5 quart dish that is microwave safe and has a cover.
Sprinkle well with a half a packet of Taco Seasoning (1/2 package) and mix together.
Shake the other half of the Taco Seasoning (1/2 package) over the Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast (2) and mix to coat evenly. Place on top of the pepper onion mix.
Cover the dish and put it in the Panasonic Microwave Oven for 10 minutes on high.
Serve chicken and veggies in the Small Corn Tortilla (8) topped with Shredded Cheese (to taste) and other toppings of choice. Cooking results may vary depending on microwave oven used.
