Step 1
Place your
Green Bell Pepper (1)
,
Red Bell Pepper (1)
and
Onion (1)
into a 2.5 quart dish that is microwave safe and has a cover.
Step 2
Sprinkle well with a half a packet of
Taco Seasoning (1/2 pckg)
and mix together.
Step 3
Shake the other half of the
Taco Seasoning (1/2 pckg)
over the
Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts (2)
and mix to coat evenly. Place on top of the pepper onion mix.
Step 4
Cover the dish and put it in a microwave oven for 10 minutes on high.
Step 5
Serve chicken and veggies in the
Small Corn Tortillas (8)
topped with
Shredded Cheese (to taste)
and other toppings of choice.
