In a microwave-safe bowl, combine Brown Rice (1 cup) , Canned Black Beans (1/2 cup) , Salsa (2 Tbsp) , Plain Greek Yogurt (1 Tbsp) and Shredded Cheddar Cheese (1 Tbsp) .
