Step 1
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine Brown Rice (1 cup) , Canned Black Beans (1/2 cup) , Salsa (2 Tbsp) , Plain Greek Yogurt (1 Tbsp) and Shredded Cheddar Cheese (1 Tbsp) .
Step 2
Place in the Panasonic Microwave Oven on high for 30-60 seconds, or until heated through.
Step 3
Top with Avocados (to taste) , Tomatoes (to taste) , Guacamole (to taste) , Pico de Gallo (to taste) , or other desired toppings. Cooking results may vary depending on microwave oven used.
