Step 1
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine Brown Rice (1 cup), Canned Black Beans (1/2 cup), Salsa (2 tablespoon), Plain Greek Yogurt (1 tablespoon) and Shredded Cheddar Cheese (1 tablespoon).
Step 2
Place in the Panasonic Microwave Oven on high for 30-60 seconds, or until heated through.
Step 3
Top with Avocado (to taste), Tomato (to taste), Guacamole (to taste), Pico de Gallo (to taste), or other desired toppings. Cooking results may vary depending on microwave oven used.
