Cooking Instructions

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the cooked Brown Rice (1/3 cup), Canned Black Beans (1/2 cup), Salsa (2 Tbsp), Plain Greek Yogurt (1 Tbsp) and Shredded Cheddar Cheese (1 Tbsp).

Place in a microwave oven on high for 30-60 seconds, or until heated through.
