Add Pizza Dough (1) to a skillet. Cook one side for 2 to 3 minutes, then flip. Top crust with Olive Oil (as needed) and grated or shredded Cheddar Cheese (1/2 cup) and Parmesan Cheese (1/2 cup).

Add thinly sliced Fennel Bulbs (to taste) and Carrots (to taste), Summer Squash (to taste), Garlic (1 clove), Cayenne Pepper (to taste), Salt (to taste), Ground Black Pepper (to taste), and torn Fennel Leaves (to taste). Cook for 2 to 3 more minutes.
