Add

to a skillet. Cook one side for 2 to 3 minutes, then flip. Top crust with

and grated or shredded

Step 2
Add thinly sliced
Fennel Bulbs (to taste)
and
Carrots (to taste)

Summer Squash (to taste)

Garlic (1 clove)
,
Cayenne Pepper (to taste)
,
Salt (to taste)

Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
, and torn
Fennel Leaves (to taste)
. Cook for 2 to 3 more minutes.
Step 3
Cover with a lid and turn the heat to low or off and cook for about another 1 to 2 minutes more.
Step 4
Remove from pan and top with fresh
Fresh Basil (to taste)
,
Fresh Parsley (to taste)
and
Fresh Thyme (to taste)
