Place Quinoa (1 1/2 cups), Lentils (1 1/4 cups), Carrot (1), Tomatoes (1 1/2 cups), Onion (1/2), Garlic (1 clove), Celery (1/3 cup), Cucumbers (3/4 cup), Fresh Basil (2 Tbsp), Fresh Parsley (2 Tbsp), Fresh Dill (2 Tbsp) in a bowl. Drizzle with juice from Lemon (1), Olive Oil (2 Tbsp), Salt (to taste), and Ground Black Pepper (to taste).
