Author's Notes

Vermicelli rice noodles are mostly gluten-free but not always, please check the packaging. Regular soy sauce is made with fermented wheat. Use gluten-free soy sauce if you are gluten intolerant.

Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Soak the Vermicelli Noodles (5.5 oz) in boiling hot water. For timing, please follow the instructions on the noodles' packaging. It should only be around 3-5 minutes.
Step 2
Meanwhile, mix Curry Powder (1 Tbsp) , Salt (1/4 tsp) , Light Soy Sauce (1 Tbsp) , Dark Soy Sauce (1/2 tsp) , and Chili Powder (1 pinch) in a small bowl. Stir well and set aside.
