Combine All-Purpose Flour (1 2/3 cups) , Baking Powder (1/2 Tbsp) , Garlic Salt (1/2 Tbsp) , Paprika (1/2 Tbsp) , Ground Ginger (1 tsp) , Onion Powder (1 tsp) , Granulated Sugar (1 tsp) , Dried Oregano (1/2 tsp) , Dried Marjoram (1/2 tsp) , Dried Thyme (1/2 tsp) , Dried Sage (1/2 tsp) , Ground Allspice (1/2 tsp) , Ground Black Pepper (1 tsp) , Salt (1 tsp) , and Chili Powder (1 tsp) in a mixing bowl, then mix well.
Step 2
Place 80 grams of the spice mixture into a separate bowl, then add Unsweetened Soy Milk (3/4 cup) and Nutritional Yeast (1 Tbsp) . Whisk gently until you get a smooth batter. You should now have one bowl of wet ingredients and one bowl of dry ingredients.
