Step 1
Place the Carrots (1 cup) in a microwave-safe bowl, add one tablespoon water and cover with saran wrap. Poke a small hole to vent. Cook in the Panasonic Microwave Oven on high for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Heat Vegetable Oil (1 Tbsp) in a large pan on stove on med-low, add Broccoli (1 1/2 cups) and Onions (1 cup) and let cook for 7 to 10 minutes, stirring often.
