Breakfast Wonton Cups

I am always thinking of creative ways to have a egg-less breakfast. I do love bacon and sausages and hash browns. So why not throw them all together and make a delicious breakfast cup?

Wonton Wrappers

Frozen Shredded Hash Browns

1/3 cup

Onions , diced

4 tbsp

Green Bell Peppers

Spicy Chicken Sausage

4 slices

Center Cut Bacon

Light Shredded Cheese Blend

•

1/2 tsp

Cajun Seasoning

•

Ground Black Pepper

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

Cook your Spicy Chicken Sausage (1) and Center Cut Bacon (4 slices) in a pan on the stove.

Dice the Onions (1/3 cup) . In a separate pan cook your Frozen Shredded Hash Browns (1 cup) with your onions and Green Bell Peppers (4 tbsp) , Cajun Seasoning (1/2 tsp) , Salt (to taste) , and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) .

Spray a 6 hole regular muffin pan with non stick cooking spray. Use 2 Wonton Wrappers (12) , push down into muffin cup, lightly spray the wonton wrappers.

Cut up your cooked sausage into small pieces and crumble up your cooked bacon, and add to your hash brown mixture.

Use Light Shredded Cheese Blend (2 2/3 tbsp) and sprinkle in the bottom of your wonton cups.

Divide your hash brown mixture into your 6 cups.

Top with remaining Light Shredded Cheese Blend (2 2/3 tbsp) .

Bake in the oven for 10 minutes, serve immediately. Enjoy!
