In a pan over low to medium heat, add
Olive Oil (as needed)
and lay down the
Bacon (6 slices)
. Each side should only take 3-4 minutes. It's important to not overcook the bacon so that it remains foldable.
While the bacon is cooking, create the filling by adding
Cream Cheese (1/2 cup)
Salt (to taste)
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
into a bowl. Mash and mix together until smooth.
Lay the finished bacon on a sheet or flat surface. Spread the cream cheese mixture over one side of the bacon and then top a small section with the
Persian Cucumbers (2)
Start to roll the bacon nice and tight, the cream cheese will help everything stay together. Continue this process with all the bacon you have and then serve immediately.
