For the marinade, mix the Ale Beer (1/2 cup), juice from Lime (1), Orange (1/2), Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (1/2 tsp), Olive Oil (2 Tbsp), Soy Sauce (2 Tbsp), Garlic (2 cloves), Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) in a large container.

Add in the Chicken Breasts (12 pieces) and marinate for 30 minutes.

To make skewers, add one chicken piece, one piece of the Poblano Pepper (1), one piece of the Orange (1) and repeat until full.
step 4
Place on the grill until completely cooked.
step 5
Finish by spreading with Orange Marmalade (1/2 cup).

Serve and enjoy!
