For the marinade, mix the Ale Beer (1/2 cup), juice from Lime (1), Orange (1/2), Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (as needed), Olive Oil (2 Tbsp), Soy Sauce (2 Tbsp), Garlic (2 cloves), Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) in a large container.

Add in the Chicken Breasts (12 pieces) and marinate for 30 minutes.
step 3
To make skewers, add one chicken piece, one piece of the Poblano Pepper (1), one piece of the Orange (1) and repeat until full.
step 4
Place on the grill until completely cooked.
step 5
Finish by spreading with Orange Marmalade (1/2 cup).

Serve and enjoy!
