Step 1
Using a large pot of boiling water, cook the
Tricolor Rotini Pasta (1 lb)
according to package instructions. Drain the pasta in a colander and rinse with cold water.
Step 2
In a large mixing bowl, combine and mix the
Red Bell Pepper (1)

Green Bell Pepper (1)
,
Genoa Salami (5 oz)
,
Pepperoni Sausage (5 oz)
,
Canned Sliced Black Olives (1 1/2 cups)
and
Asiago Cheese (2 cups)
.
Step 3
Mix the
Dry Italian Salad Dressing Mix (2 1/2 Tbsp)
,
Olive Oil (3/4 cup)
,
Balsamic Vinegar (1/2 cup)
,
Fresh Oregano (2 Tbsp)
,
Salt (1/4 tsp)
and
Ground Black Pepper (1/4 tsp)
in a small bowl, and pour into the large mixing bowl with the pasta salad.
Step 4
Add
Grape Tomatoes (2 cups)
just prior to serving.
Step 5
Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Enjoy!
