Step 1
Zest and juice the
Orange (1)

Peel, core and grate the

and stir thoroughly. The batter should have a gooey consistency.
Step 5
Pour batter into the 8 pudding molds and cover with plastic film.
Step 6
Cook on shelf level 2 on the ‘Humidity High program at 95 degrees C (205 degrees F) for 2 hours.
Step 7
Serve the warm pudding with
Whipped Cream (to taste)
and garnished with
Fresh Raspberries (to taste)
, and perhaps a sprig of festive holly.
