With an electric mixer, cream Unsalted Butter (1/2 cup) and Brown Sugar (1 cup). Add Eggland's Best Classic Egg (1), beat until combined. Add Blackstrap Molasses (4 Tbsp), beat until combined, scraping down sides of the bowl.

Cover and chill for 30 minutes.

Divide dough into two equal pieces and shape each into a 12-inch log placed 3 inches apart on the parchment lined baking sheet. Bake until golden brown and still soft to the touch, about 20-22 minutes.
