Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Combine Zucchini (1 cup), Egg (1), Granulated Sugar (1/2 cup), Milk (1/2 cup), and Canola Oil (1/4 cup) in a bowl.
Combine Salt (1/2 teaspoon), All-Purpose Flour (2 cup), Ground Cinnamon (1/2 teaspoon), and Baking Powder (1 1/2 teaspoon) in another bowl.
Add the flour mixture to the zucchini mixture and stir just until incorporated. Pour batter into a well greased loaf pan.
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let cool on a wire rack before removing from pan. Slice and enjoy.
