Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
Combine Zucchini (1 cup) , Egg (1) , Granulated Sugar (1/2 cup) , Milk (1/2 cup) , and Canola Oil (1/4 cup) in a bowl.
Step 3
Combine Salt (1/2 tsp) , All-Purpose Flour (2 cups) , Ground Cinnamon (1/2 tsp) , and Baking Powder (1/2 Tbsp) in another bowl.
Step 4
Add the flour mixture to the zucchini mixture and stir just until incorporated. Pour batter into a well greased loaf pan.
Step 5
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Step 6
Let cool on a wire rack before removing from pan. Slice and enjoy.
