Cooking Instructions
1.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

Combine Zucchini (1 cup), Egg (1), Granulated Sugar (1/2 cup), Milk (1/2 cup), and Canola Oil (4 Tbsp) in a bowl.

Combine Salt (as needed), All-Purpose Flour (2 cups), Ground Cinnamon (as needed), and Baking Powder (2 tsp) in another bowl.

Add the flour mixture to the zucchini mixture and stir just until incorporated. Pour batter into a well greased loaf pan.
5.
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
6.
Let cool on a wire rack before removing from pan. Slice and enjoy.
