Add Kiwifruit (2), Frozen Pineapple (1/2 cup), Banana (1), Fresh Spinach (1 cup), Fresh Mango Chunks (1/2 cup), Chia Seeds (1 tablespoon), and Coconut Water (1/4 cup) into a blender.
Puree until smooth, about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Add more coconut water as needed to make smoothie less thick. You want a thicker consistency if you are making smoothie bowls.
Serve in a glass or bowl, top with fresh fruit if desired. Enjoy!
