Brown Rice (2/3 cup)

in the Thermomix jug. Pour the rice into the basket and place in the jug.
Cook for 35 minutes on Varoma speed 3.

Pour into a pan (do not clean the jug yet) and cook on a low temperature for around 4 minutes, until you can begin to smell the aroma.
While you are doing that, place the

into the jug and blend on speed 10 for 10 seconds.
Pour the milk mixture into the pan and continue cooking until it thickens, about 10 minutes.
