Cook the Brown Rice (125 gram) by placing Water (1200 gram) in the Thermomix jug. Pour the rice into the basket and place in the jug.
Cook for 35 minutes on Varoma speed 3.
Place the Fresh Cilantro (35 gram), Fresh Parsley (35 gram), Fresh Basil (20 gram), Green Bell Pepper (80 gram), Garlic (2 clove), Salt (1 1/4 teaspoon), Water (50 gram), Olive Oil (90 gram), Pistachios (30 gram) and Lemon Juice (1 1/4 teaspoon) in the jug and blend on speed 5 for 1 minute.
Pour into a pan (do not clean the jug yet) and cook on a low temperature for around 4 minutes, until you can begin to smell the aroma.
While you are doing that, place the Milk (1 cup) into the jug and blend on speed 10 for 10 seconds.
Pour the milk mixture into the pan and continue cooking until it thickens, about 10 minutes.
Crack two Egg (2) into the pan and crumble over Feta Cheese (20 gram), cover with a lid. Cook until the eggs are set but still runny, about 10 minute.
Serve over brown rice. Enjoy!
