Trim the French Beans (2 3/4 cups) .
Step 2
Use a box grater to shred the Carrot (1) .
Step 3
Preheat the oven to Steam Bake Mode at 180 degrees C (350 degrees F).
Step 4
Add the trimmed beans, Bean Sprouts (3/4 cup) , shredded carrots, and Bamboo Shoots (1 can) to a large bowl. Toss with Oil (2 Tbsp) .
Step 5
In a small bowl, mix the Fresh Ginger (1 Tbsp) , Soy Sauce (1/4 cup) , Mirin (2 Tbsp) , Wasabi Paste (1 tsp) , Granulated Sugar (2 Tbsp) , and Salt (to taste) .
Step 6
Pour sauce into the bowl with the vegetables and mix well.
Step 7
Transfer vegetables to a baking tray in a single, flat layer.
Step 8
Place the baking tray into the oven on Rack 3 and Steam Bake for 18 minutes, or until vegetables are cooked.
Step 9
Remove the baking tray and transfer vegetables to a serving bowl.
Step 10
Garnish with Sesame Seeds (to taste) , Red Chili Peppers (to taste) , and Scallions (to taste) and serve.
