Trim the French Beans (2 3/4 cups).

Use a box grater to shred the Carrot (1).

Preheat the oven to Steam Bake Mode at 180 degrees C (350 degrees F).

Add the trimmed beans, Bean Sprouts (3/4 cup), shredded carrots, and Bamboo Shoots (1 can) to a large bowl. Toss with Oil (2 Tbsp).

In a small bowl, mix the Fresh Ginger (2 tsp), Soy Sauce (4 Tbsp), Mirin (2 Tbsp), Wasabi Paste (1 tsp), Granulated Sugar (2 Tbsp), and Salt (to taste).

Pour sauce into the bowl with the vegetables and mix well.

Transfer vegetables to a baking tray in a single, flat layer.

Place the baking tray into the oven on Rack 3 and Steam Bake for 18 minutes, or until vegetables are cooked.

Remove the baking tray and transfer vegetables to a serving bowl.

Garnish with Sesame Seeds (to taste), Red Chili Peppers (to taste), and Scallions (to taste) and serve.
