Author's Notes

Wontons can be made ahead of time! Just freeze them on a baking sheet after assembling, then store in a plastic ziplock bag in the freezer once frozen. Cook by simply boiling the wontons straight from the freezer.

Combine Ground Pork (8 oz), Eggland's Best Classic White Egg (1), chopped scallions, Soy Sauce (1 Tbsp), Simply Organic Black Pepper, Medium Grind (to taste) and Fresh Ginger (to taste).
