Step 1
Remove the string from the
Sugar Snap Peas (3/4 cup)
. Cut
Yellow Bell Pepper (1)
and
Red Bell Pepper (1)
into strips.
Step 2
Heat
Vegetable Oil (1 Tbsp)
on the shallow pan or wok over medium-high heat. Cook
Garlic (4 cloves)
for a minute or until fragrant.
Step 3
Add the
Medium Shrimp (8 oz)
along with a pinch of
Salt (1 pinch)
and
Ground Black Pepper (1 pinch)
. Cook for about 2 minutes. Transfer the shrimp to a bowl and set it aside.
Step 4
In the same pan, add the bell peppers and cook for 5 minutes. Add more oil if needed.
Step 5
Add snap peas and stir for 3 minutes. Bring shrimp back to the pan and add
Oyster Sauce (1 1/2 Tbsp)
,
Soy Sauce (1 tsp)
,
Brown Sugar (1/2 tsp)
,
Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (1/2 tsp)
, and
Ground Black Pepper (1 pinch)
. Stir until coated.
Step 6
Serve your Garlic Shrimp Vegetable Stir-Fry with
White Rice (to taste)
if desired. Garnish with
White Sesame Seeds (1 tsp)
and
Scallions (1 Tbsp)
