Author's Notes

Yields 2 cups.

If you don't want the bacon to be highly salty, I recommend a reduced-sodium soy sauce or tamari, or you could use less sauce.

To cook in an oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Bake carrots on a lined baking sheet for 10-15 minutes flipping halfway through. Depending on your oven, definitely check on them every 5 minutes in case they start to burn or be too well done.

In a blender or medium-sized bowl, add Soy Sauce (3 Tbsp), Olive Oil (2 Tbsp), Maple Syrup (1/2 Tbsp), Tahini (1 Tbsp), Paprika (1/4 tsp), McCormick® Garlic Powder (1/2 Tbsp), Ground Black Pepper (1/4 tsp), and Liquid Smoke (1/4 tsp). Blend the ingredients together.
