Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line 1-2 baking sheets with parchment paper and if you are using wood skewers, soak them in a pan of water.
Step 2
In a large bowl, whisk together Unbleached All Purpose Flour (1 cup) , Unsweetened Soy Milk (1 cup) , Sea Salt (1/4 tsp) , Onion Powder (1/4 tsp) , and Ground Black Pepper (1/4 tsp) until smooth. If you find it too watery, add 1 Tbsp of flour at a time to thicken.
