If you're using your Grapefruit (1) as a bowl, half it and scoop out the fruit.
Step 2
Combine the Frozen Strawberries (1/2 cup), Banana (1), Grapefruit, Plain Yogurt (1/4 cup), Honey (2 tablespoon), and Fresh Ginger (1/2 teaspoon) in a strong blender until smooth, adding a touch of milk if necessary to get things moving. It should be thicker than a smoothie you would drink.
