Using an electric mixer, mix the Egg (5), Vanilla Extract (1 teaspoon), and Caster Sugar (3/4 cup) for about 10 minutes.
Into a bowl, sift the All-Purpose Flour (1/2 cup), Self-Rising Flour (1/2 cup), and Corn Flour (1/2 cup) three times.
Add the flour mixture into the egg mixture. Combine everything well. Then, divide the cake batter between two baking tins. Bake under 180 degrees C (350 degrees F) for about 25 minutes.
Take the first cake, and top it with the Strawberry Jam (to taste), and Whipped Cream (to taste). Place the second cake on top, and sprinkle over with some Powdered Confectioners Sugar (to taste). Serve and enjoy!
