Using an electric mixer, mix the
Vanilla Extract (1 tsp)
Caster Sugar (3/4 cup)
for about 10 minutes.
Into a bowl, sift the
All-Purpose Flour (1/2 cup)
Self-Rising Flour (1/2 cup)
Corn Flour (1/2 cup)
Add the flour mixture into the egg mixture. Combine everything well. Then, divide the cake batter between two baking tins. Bake under 180 degrees C (350 degrees F) for about 25 minutes.
Take the first cake, and top it with the
Strawberry Jam (to taste)
Whipped Cream (to taste)
. Place the second cake on top, and sprinkle over with some
Powdered Confectioners Sugar (to taste)
. Serve and enjoy!
