In a slow cooker, add Garlic (2 clove), Fresh Ginger (2 teaspoon), Yellow Onion (1), Carrot (1), Red Bell Pepper (1), Brown Sugar (1 cup), Sweet Chili Sauce (1/4 cup), Dark Soy Sauce (1/2 cup) and Water (1 cup). Stir together. Put the lid on and cook on high for 1 hour.
Place each piece of theBeef Steak (1 kilogram) into Corn Flour (1/2 cup) and place it on a plate. Add into the slow cooker and stir until all the meat is covered. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours.
Serve beef and sauce on top of White Rice (to taste). Enjoy!
