In a fry pan, add Olive Oil (to taste) and Beef (1 kilogram) and cook until brown. Transfer onto a plate and set aside.
In the same pan over medium heat, add Garlic (2 clove), Yellow Onion (2) and Carrot (2). Cook, stirring, for a couple minutes or until the vegetables have started to soften.
Add Canned Diced Tomatoes (400 gram), Worcestershire Sauce (1/4 cup), Fresh Thyme (1 tablespoon) and Water (1/2 cup). Stir together and allow to come to a boil.
Add beef back in. Cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until the meat is cooked all the way through.
Season with Salt and Pepper (to taste). Cover and allow to simmer for another 5 minutes.
