In a frying pan, add Olive Oil (as needed) and Beef (2.2 lb) and cook until brown. Transfer onto a plate and set aside.

In the same pan over medium heat, add Garlic (2 cloves), Yellow Onions (2) and Carrots (2). Cook, stirring, for a couple minutes or until the vegetables have started to soften.

Add Canned Diced Tomatoes (1 3/4 cups), Worcestershire Sauce (1/4 cup), Fresh Thyme (1 Tbsp) and Water (1/2 cup). Stir together and allow to come to a boil.
