Step 1
Cut
Tyson® Chicken Breasts (2)
into 1-inch pieces. Coat with
All-Purpose Flour (1/4 cup)
Step 2
In a frying pan over medium-high heat, warm
Oil (1/4 cup)
. Add chicken to the pan and cook for 5 minutes, or until browned.
Step 3
In the same bowl you had your chicken and flour, add
Chicken Broth (1 cup)
,
Garlic (2 cloves)
,
Ground Ginger (1 tsp)
,
Soy Sauce (1/4 cup)
, and
Honey (3 Tbsp)
. Whisk together and set aside.
Step 4
In the same frying pan that was used for the chicken, cook
Onion (1)
and
Broccoli Florets (4 cups)
for 4 minutes, or until crisp.
Step 5
Add sauce to the pan and cook for 2 minutes, stirring, until it thickens.
Step 6
Stir in the chicken and warm through.
