In a mixing jug, add Beef Stock (1 cup), Soy Sauce (1 tablespoon), Honey (1 tablespoon), Hoisin Sauce (1 tablespoon), and Oyster Sauce (1 tablespoon). Mix together. Set aside.
In a wok, heat Vegetable Oil (to taste). Add Beef Strips (500 gram) and cook for 4-5 minutes, or until meat is browned. Transfer to a clean bowl.
Into the same wok, add Scallion (2), Broccolini (1 cup), and Baby Corn (1 cup). Cook for 3 minutes, or until vegetables are warmed through.
Return beef to the wok. Add Udon Noodles (200 gram) and the sauce. Cook for 3 minutes, or until the sauce has started to thicken.
