Step 1
In a mixing jug, add
Beef Stock (1 cup)

Soy Sauce (1 Tbsp)
,
Honey (1 Tbsp)
,
Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce (1 Tbsp)
, and
Oyster Sauce (1 Tbsp)
. Mix together. Set aside.
Step 2
In a wok, heat
Vegetable Oil (as needed)
. Add
Beef Strips (1.1 lb)
and cook for 4-5 minutes, or until meat is browned. Transfer to a clean bowl.
Step 3
Into the same wok, add
Scallions (1 bunch)
,
Broccolini (1 cup)
, and
Baby Corn (1 cup)
. Cook for 3 minutes, or until vegetables are warmed through.
Step 4
Return beef to the wok. Add
Udon Noodles (7 oz)
and the sauce. Cook for 3 minutes, or until the sauce has started to thicken.
