Cooking Instructions

In a large bowl, place Fresh Blueberries (1 cup), Celery (1 cup), Grape Tomatoes (1 cup), Corn Kernels (1/2 cup), Slivered Almonds (1/2 cup), Scallions (1/2 cup), Dried Cranberries (1/2 cup), and Chicken (4 cups).

Whisk together Greek Yogurt (1/2 cup), Mayonnaise (1/2 cup), Honey (2 tsp), and Salt (1 tsp). Pour onto the chicken salad mixture. Toss until ingredients are coated.

Top with Apricots (to taste) and Avocados (to taste). Serve and enjoy!
